ASUS Prime 850W 80PLUS Gold Black Edition PCIe 5.0 Modular Power Supply

850W of Gold-certified power | ATX 3.1 & PCIe 5.1 ready | Fully modular etched cables | Dual-ball bearing fan | 8-year warranty

The ASUS Prime 850W 80PLUS Gold Black Edition is a fully modular ATX 3.1 power supply built for high-performance workstations, all-round PCs, and gaming rigs that demand reliable, efficient power delivery. Dual 80 PLUS and Cybenetics Gold certification — achieved through low-ESR capacitors and premium components — means the unit operates at up to 92% efficiency, generating less heat and running quieter under load. A bundled 16-pin PCIe Gen 5.1 cable supports the latest GeForce RTX 50 and Radeon RX 9000 series graphics cards, with the ATX 3.1 standard accommodating power excursions up to twice the rated output for rock-solid GPU stability. Fully modular etched cables — built with tin-plated oxygen-free copper wire — flex easily during installation and run up to 50°C cooler than the safety limit, keeping cable management clean and your build tidy. Cooling is handled by a 135 mm fan on a dual-ball bearing setup rated to last up to twice as long as sleeve bearing designs. Six layers of protection — over-current, over-temperature, over-voltage, over-power, short circuit, and under-voltage — safeguard your entire system at all times. Backed by an 8-year warranty, the Prime 850W Gold Black Edition is a dependable foundation for any serious build.
