Power Your Rig for the Long Haul

The ASUS TUF Gaming 1200W 80 PLUS Platinum Power Supply is built for gamers and PC builders who want a PSU that keeps delivering years after installation, not just on day one. It's designed for demanding builds running high-end CPUs and GPUs, where stable, efficient power delivery matters as much as raw wattage. With military-grade components, extensive durability testing, and full modularity, this is a power supply built to be the dependable foundation of your system for years to come.

Next-Gen Efficiency with GaN MOSFET

At the heart of this PSU sits an innovative GaN MOSFET, delivering up to 30% improved power efficiency alongside faster switching speeds and lower heat generation than traditional silicon designs. This translates directly into less wasted energy and cooler internal temperatures, while its compact size frees up room for larger heatsinks and improved airflow. Combined with 80 PLUS Platinum and Cybenetics Platinum certification, and a Cybenetics Lambda A- noise rating, you get efficient, quiet power delivery whether you're gaming, rendering, or running an all-day workstation load.

Tired of PSUs Failing When You Need Them Most?

A power supply is only as good as its ability to keep working when it counts. The TUF Gaming 1200W Platinum uses TUF 5K military-grade capacitors offering a 52% wider temperature tolerance and up to 2.5x longer lifespan than standard capacitors, backed by a protective PCB coating that guards against moisture, dust, and debris. It's been put through 75cm drop tests, extensive vibration testing, and temperature cycling from -40°C to 85°C, plus corrosion resistance testing at up to 95% humidity with salt fog. A 135mm fan on dual-ball bearings rounds things out, rated to last up to twice as long as a standard sleeve bearing design.

Ready for Next-Gen Graphics Cards

Built to ATX 3.1 standard and fully compliant with PCIe 5.1, this PSU includes a native 12V-2×6 connector engineered to meet the power demands of the latest GeForce RTX 50 series and Radeon RX 9000 graphics cards. It's designed to handle total power excursions up to twice its rated output and graphics card power excursions up to three times rated power, helping keep your system stable through sudden load spikes. A comprehensive set of protection features, together with a fully modular cable set and premium embossed cables, makes this a future-ready choice for serious builds.
